Responsibilities :

• Manage all social media channels & campaign, and create content for scheduling social media posts.
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager & coordinate with sales team, graphic designers to increase brand awareness.
• Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Manage account and prepare budgets for proposed communication plans.
• To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data.
• Assist in replying enquiries from all online channels, update all information regularly.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required languages): English, Mandarin, Malay.
• Preferably 2 – 3 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing Knowledge on FB Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, WeChat Marketing, XHS etc.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in online marketing program development is an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in managing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) processes.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents, incidents, and near- misses.
• Assist in preparing reports and communicate findings to management.
• Assist in developing SHE training programs for employees.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices.
• Monitor environmental metrics such as waste management, and chemical storage to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and spill response.
• Ensure that emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers and first aid kits, is available and in good working order.
• Oversee waste management programs, including the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Assistant in SHE performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
